The chiral construction of complex supramolecular systems is receiving much interest, especially with achiral building units. In this paper, we reported the helix supramolecular structure of an achiral rhenium complex crystal, [Re(CO)3(C16H12N2)(MeCN)] · ClO4, which was formed by coordination of Re(CO)5Cl with 2-methenepyridyl-1-aminonaphthalene and acetonitrile. X-ray diffraction analysis suggests that homohelical column metallosupramolecular architecture results from the array of the six-coordinated Re around and along a line: the helical axis in chiral P1211 (No. 4) space group. There is rare example of constructing helical architectures with both coordinated and hydrogen bonds from achiral units. The helical self-assembly process is induced by the intrastrand interaction and crystal growth. Here, the perchlorate acts as both the counter ion and the bridge linking the neighboring coordinated parts together by weak non-covalent interaction. Furthermore, the two-dimensional arrangement adopts double-edged axe-shaped motif, which is different from the common herringbone or brick-wall pattern in coordination polymers. 自海藻糖发现以来对其化学性质、生理功能、作用机理、代谢途径等已进行了较为深入的研究,其分子生物学的研究也渐渐兴起。研究表明海藻糖能提高生物体对干旱、低温、高温、pH、盐渍等逆境条件下的抗性。离体试验表明海藻糖能保护生物膜、蛋白质的结构并能保持逆境下的酶活性,同时,外源海藻糖同样对生物体有保护作用。由于海藻糖具有这些独特的生物学功能,它已在许多方面得以应用,可作为食品工业的一种添加剂和甜味剂,使干燥食品在得水后保持原有的色、香、味;也可作为医药工业的非特异性生物制品和生化药品保护剂,使其在常温下保存,从而降低运输与储存费用;另外,在农业研究中可利用现代分子生物技术培育表达海藻糖的转基因作物,提高农作物的抗旱、抗冻等抗逆性能。 相似文献

In the present study we propose and test the concept of R-ISSR, a new tool for genomic fingerprinting, mapping, and gene tagging.
The concept is based on the fact that primers for inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) and random-amplified polymorphic DNA
(RAPD) analysis elicit different genomic information, and the combined use of these 2 kinds of primers in the same polymerase
chain reaction (PCR) reactions might reveal new genomic loci that could not be detected with either technique alone. The feasibility
of this tool was first electronically simulated with sequence analysis software andArabidopsis chromosome sequence. Next, different combinations of ISSR and RAPD primers were applied in real PCR reactions to detect new
genomic loci in 2 maize lines (Q319 and 1145). Sequencing gels were used to separate PCR products and showed good resolving
ability in comparison with agarose gels. RAPD primers could be successfully used with ISSR primers for the detection of new

Summary Glycerol has been known as an important by-product of wine fermentations improving the sensory quality of wine. This study
was carried out with an endogenic wine yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae Kalecik 1. The kinetics of growth and glycerol biosynthesis were analysed at various initial concentrations of glucose, fructose,
and sucrose in a batch system. Depending on the determined values of Monod constants, glucose (Ks = 28.09 g/l) was found as the most suitable substrate for the yeast growth. Initial glucose, fructose and sucrose concentrations
necessary for maximum specific yeast growth rate were determined as 175 g, 100 l, and 200 g/l, respectively. The yeast produced
glycerol at very high concentrations in fructose medium. Fructose was determined as the most suitable substrate for glycerol
production while the strain showed low tendency to use it for growth. S. cerevisiae Kalecik 1 could not produce glycerol below 200 g/l initial sucrose concentration. When natural white grape juice was used
as fermentation medium, maximum glycerol concentration and dry weight of the yeast were determined as 9.3 g/l and 11.8 g/l,

本作已有的研究结果证明,完整的人干细胞生长因子(hSCGF)没有种属特异性,即可以作用于小鼠骨髓造血细胞。这一点与在Ca^2 依赖糖识别结构域(CRD)缺失了78个氨基酸残基的截短分子(hSCGFβ)有所不同。本研究从hSCGF全长cDNA中完全删除了CRD结构域编码序列,进一步探讨CRD结构域的生物学功能。由于该突变体序列GC含量较高.因此将该缺失突变体序列克隆在GST融合表达载体中进行融合表达。通过低温(28℃)诱导,表达产物主要以可溶蛋白的形式存在。利用亲和层析纯化CRD结构域完全缺失的hSCGF突变体融合蛋白,通过检测重组突变分子的协同刺激造血活性有无改变来初步探讨CRD结构域在hSCGF分子中的生物学功能。研究结果表明,去掉完整CRD结构域的突变分子仍然具有造血刺激活性。据此推断CRD结构域在hSCGF分子中可能对于受体配体结合起辅助作用。 相似文献

目的探讨降纤酶(Dfd)治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效。方法将62例UAP患者随机分组A组(32例)给予口服阿斯匹林(300mg·d-1)和抗心绞痛药,B组(30例)在A组治疗基础上,另加Dfd(10U·d-1共3d)静脉点滴。结果A组和B组在住院10d内每天心绞痛发作次数、非致死性心肌梗死、心性死亡、24h缺血总负荷、ΣST及纤维蛋白原分别为5.5±2.3与3.2±0.5(P<0.01)、9%与0(P<0.01)、6%与0(P<0.01),1868±846与735±282(P<0.5)、3.4±0.7与1.4±0.6(P<0.01)、3.9±0.6与1.0±0.4(P<0.01),B组无一例发生出血倾向。结论UAP患者急性期用Dfb治疗有效、安全便利。 相似文献
